Product Designer (AI)

Location: On-site in London, with in-person work five days per week at the Old Street office. Relocation assistance is available for candidates moving to London.

Salary: £110,000–£150,000 base salary, plus equity and benefits.

hirify.global is building AI-powered work tools and evolving its product into a multiplayer, multi-platform experience for Mac, iOS, and web.

What you will do

• Define early features and work closely with engineers to ship and market products.
• Improve the fit, finish, and usability of a product used for hours each day.
• Research user needs, investigate use cases, and test new features with users.
• Prototype, test, and iterate using Figma, code, and AI tools such as Cursor and Claude Code.
• Perfect interactions, typography, motion, and other details as features mature.
• Evolve the brand and design language and apply it consistently across the product.

Requirements

• Several years of experience shipping well-designed products to real users at a senior or staff level.
• Systems-thinking experience with open-ended tools and flexible product architectures.
• Strong prototyping skills and the ability to move between rapid exploration and detailed refinement.
• Interest in solving problems in code and using the latest AI tools.
• Experience designing across Mac, iOS, and web, with awareness of established platform patterns.
• Willingness to work in person from the London office most of the time.
