Senior Product Designer (AI): Shaping AI-native employee experience platform experiences through high-quality visual design, interaction design, research, and rapid prototyping with an accent on UI craft, behavioral design, and design systems. Focus on validating complex product concepts, designing user flows and journey maps, and collaborating with Product and Engineering to build and ship polished digital experiences.

What you will do
- Elevate the platform’s visual quality through strong UI, interaction design, motion, layout, and polished execution.
- Rapidly prototype concepts from early ideas to near-production experiences to test and validate product direction.
- Lead discovery, user research, workshops, and validation activities with users and stakeholders.
- Create user flows, journey maps, wireframes, and AI-native experiences grounded in user needs and business goals.
- Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Design Systems teams to shape solutions and maintain consistency across omni-channel experiences.
- Contribute to the design practice through knowledge sharing, mentoring, and championing UX best practices.
Requirements
- Strong visual and interaction design skills, demonstrated through a portfolio of high-quality UI work in shipped products.
- Experience using AI tools for design exploration, prototyping, research synthesis, or content generation, with relevant contribution to code or implementation.
- Ability to create high-fidelity interactive prototypes and design user flows, journey maps, and wireframes for complex digital products.
- Strong UX design and qualitative and quantitative user research experience within cross-functional product teams.
- Proficiency with modern design, research, and AI tools such as Figma, FigJam, Lyssna, and AI-assisted prototyping tools.
- Experience with comprehensive design systems and WCAG guidelines, plus strong communication and facilitation skills.
Nice to have
- Experience in B2B SaaS or enterprise software environments.
- Fluency in Spanish.
