Talent Acquisition Partner

Location: Prague, Czech Republic or Reading, UK. Applicants must already be legally authorized to reside and work in the hiring country; international relocation and remote work outside the hiring country are not considered.

What you will do

• Partner with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop sourcing strategies.
• Lead intake meetings and align role requirements, team dynamics, and candidate profiles.
• Proactively source, screen, and engage candidates for mid- to senior-level roles.
• Use market insights, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, and recruitment marketing to attract talent.
• Coordinate with TA Coordinators, HR, Compensation, Mobility, and Immigration stakeholders.
• Maintain requisition data, monitor personal KPIs, and contribute to recruitment process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proactive, full-cycle talent acquisition experience, or 3+ years of in-house recruiting combined with 2+ years of agency recruiting experience.
• Experience sourcing and filling mid- to senior-level sales, technical, or engineering roles.
• Strong organization, prioritization, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluency in Czech is required.
• English communication skills are required.
• Legal authorization to reside and work in the hiring country is required; immigration sponsorship is not available.
