Salary: $78,555.51–$115,000.00 annually, plus bonus and/or commission eligibility

What you will do

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for complex, high-impact, and hard-to-fill product and technology roles.
• Develop recruiting strategies using market intelligence, recruitment data, compensation insights, and candidate availability.
• Advise hiring managers and senior stakeholders on role requirements, search strategy, timelines, and hiring decisions.
• Source and engage active and passive candidates through LinkedIn, job boards, networking, industry events, and direct outreach.
• Monitor recruitment metrics, improve recruiting processes, and provide actionable pipeline and market updates.
• Mentor recruiters on process management, sourcing, and candidate engagement.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, particularly for mid- to senior-level positions.
• Experience recruiting for product and technology functions.
• Experience managing recruitment across multiple functions or business units in fast-paced environments.
• Advanced sourcing skills and familiarity with recruitment tools and techniques.
• Strong consultative, communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
