Location: Ogden, Utah, USA; hybrid work schedule. Recruitment coverage includes the Ogden and NYC offices and retail locations across North America.

hirify.global is a mountain sports brand within Amer Sports, creating footwear, apparel, skis, bindings, and equipment for outdoor and winter sports.

What you will do

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle for assigned corporate, retail, specialized, and senior-level roles.
• Lead role intake, sourcing strategy, candidate screening, interviews, assessments, reference checks, and offer acceptance.
• Partner with hiring managers and HR business partners as a talent advisor, using market insight and candidate data to guide decisions.
• Scale high-volume retail hiring for store openings, hiring surges, and turnover management across North America.
• Provide recruitment updates, maintain accurate activity data, and recommend solutions to hiring challenges.
• Contribute to employer branding, recruitment projects, career fairs, industry events, and continuous process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including senior-level and specialized hiring.
• Experience recruiting across corporate, retail, outdoor, or consumer-focused industries.
• Experience with multilocation hiring and high-volume retail recruitment, including store openings and hiring surges.
• Strong business acumen and ability to assess diverse roles and cultural fit.
• High autonomy, ownership, accountability, and stakeholder-partnership skills.
• Ability to travel and perform regular physical activities, including sitting, standing, walking, and occasionally lifting up to 30 pounds.
