Talent Acquisition Advisor

Location: Hybrid role based in Washington, Oregon, Arizona, or Illinois; specific locations include Seattle, Portland, Phoenix, and Chicago. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.

Salary: $80,553–$90,000 per year, plus eligibility for an annual performance-based bonus.

What you will do

• Build trusted partnerships with hiring managers and understand business priorities, talent needs, and long-term hiring plans.
• Advise hiring teams using market intelligence, recruiting data, and candidate feedback.
• Manage full-cycle recruitment from intake through offer and onboarding.
• Source, interview, assess, and present qualified candidates for critical and high-profile roles.
• Develop talent pipelines and improve recruiting outcomes through collaboration, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in a full-cycle Talent Acquisition role.
• Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems; Workday experience is preferred.
• Demonstrated success partnering with hiring managers and key stakeholders.
• Experience sourcing talent through LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, networking, and other channels.
• Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to use data and market insights in hiring decisions.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality and service.
