What you will do

• Develop creative sourcing strategies with Talent Acquisition leaders, HR business partners, hiring leaders, and executive leadership.
• Identify, source, and qualify passive candidates for specific requisitions while building diverse candidate slates.
• Define and implement recruiting programs and search engagements across a variety of roles.
• Map talent landscapes and combine internal calibration and referral data with external talent supply.
• Track candidates in CRM and ATS systems and maintain required administrative records.
• Provide ongoing search-status updates to Talent Acquisition consultants and managers.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of recruitment or talent acquisition sourcing experience.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Experience using a CRM is required.
• Must be currently authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.
• Ability to build working relationships with hiring leaders and cross-functional partners.

Nice to have

• Experience sourcing passive candidates through multiple tools and Boolean searches.
• Experience with Workday.
