Location: Norcross, Georgia 30093. Candidates must reside in Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, or Florida.

Salary: $78,600–$83,200 per year

What you will do

• Build relationships with regional stakeholders and understand site-specific talent acquisition needs.
• Source candidates through job postings, recruiting systems, career events, and warm-candidate outreach.
• Screen applications and conduct virtual or telephone interviews with qualified candidates.
• Coordinate candidate scheduling, offers, and pre-employment activities with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Track recruiting activity, prepare KPI-focused data and presentations, and identify process improvements.
• Plan and attend recruitment events and resolve issues throughout the recruitment lifecycle.

Requirements

• Residence in Missouri, Arkansas, Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, Kentucky, Georgia, or Florida.
• At least 4–6 years of direct experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, temporary staffing, human resources, organizational development, or HR/management consulting.
• Proficiency with Microsoft products.
• Ability to understand and comply with employment legislation, regulations, and guidelines.
• Adaptability, customer focus, problem-solving, and effective communication skills.

Nice to have

• Expertise in HR legislation, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, and health and safety requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline.
