What you will do

• Source candidates through applicant tracking systems, internal databases, and external sourcing channels for high-volume hourly operational roles.
• Engage warm leads and applicants, assess availability, and maintain candidate engagement throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
• Conduct initial telephone and virtual video screenings to evaluate foundational qualifications, cultural fit, and job interest.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates, hiring managers, and human resources teams.
• Support administrative recruitment tasks, pipeline tracking, and offer coordination.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1–3+ years of experience in talent acquisition, recruiting coordination, high-volume customer service, or administrative support.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Familiarity with applicant tracking systems or candidate CRM databases.
• Strong interpersonal communication, customer relationship management, organization, responsiveness, and collaboration skills.
