Inventory Control Analyst (Robotics Manufacturing)

What you will do

• Own inventory integrity across manufacturing and warehouse operations.
• Execute cycle counts, reconcile variances, and continuously monitor inventory accuracy.
• Investigate discrepancy root causes and implement corrective actions to improve inventory control.
• Build timely reports and dashboards covering inventory health, adjustments, shrinkage, and operational trends.
• Manage accurate execution of Engineering Change Orders, excess and obsolete inventory, and material dispositions.
• Partner with Manufacturing, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Finance to scale inventory processes and support production.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in inventory control, inventory analysis, logistics, or supply chain within manufacturing.
• Experience with cycle counts, inventory reconciliation, root cause analysis, and inventory reporting.
• Advanced proficiency with Excel and experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, Odoo, or similar.
• Experience building reports or dashboards with Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or comparable analytics tools.
• Strong analytical, communication, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to work on-site in San Carlos, California.

Nice to have

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• Experience in high-volume robotics, automotive, aerospace, electronics, or other complex hardware manufacturing.
• Experience with inventory impacts from Engineering Change Orders.
• APICS certification such as CPIM, CSCP, or CLTD.
• Experience leading inventory process improvements or warehouse optimization projects.
