Associate Project Manager (Healthcare Advertising)

Location: Remote, United States; domestic and international travel, including overnight stays, may be required.

Salary: $53,500–$66,900 USD annually, plus a discretionary annual bonus.

What you will do

• Support Project Managers and Senior Project Managers with basic project planning and execution.
• Schedule and attend kickoff, review, regroup, and status meetings; prepare notes, recaps, and next steps.
• Review action orders, coordinate project routing, and maintain quality assurance throughout the workflow.
• Maintain the daily hot sheet and monitor delivery dates across multiple departments.
• Communicate proactively with internal teams and help identify alternative solutions to keep projects on track.
• Develop toward leading accounts, contributing to Statements of Work, researching industry practices, and sharing best practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• 0–2 years of experience in project management or a coordinator role is preferred.
• Proactive communication, strong time management, multitasking, attention to detail, and eagerness to learn project management in an agency setting.
• Must work remotely from the United States.
• Ability to travel domestically and/or internationally, including overnight stays.
