Regional Project Manager (Construction)

Location: Must reside in Ohio, travel 50% of the time within Ohio, and work from home for the remainder of the week.

Salary: $80,000–$90,000 per year plus company equity

What you will do

• Manage home modification installations from project initiation through completion.
• Coordinate clinical teams, clients, families, and service providers.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to quality standards.
• Recruit, onboard, develop, and manage qualified service providers throughout the region.
• Establish contractor quality standards, conduct performance reviews, and provide training and support.
• Perform on-site inspections, implement corrective actions, and resolve complex technical or client service issues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of construction field experience, preferably in residential construction.
• At least 5 years of residential management experience.
• Experience with home modifications such as bathrooms and ramps is preferred.
• Must reside in Ohio and be able to travel 50% of the time within Ohio.
• Commitment to accessible design, construction quality, and client experience.
