Clinical Quality Measure Project Associate (Healthcare)

Location: Remote within the United States or from a U.S. office location; U.S. territories are excluded. Applicants must be authorized to work full-time in the U.S.

What you will do

• Contribute to the design, development, testing, and maintenance of electronic clinical quality measures aligned with QDM and FHIR standards.
• Coordinate across measure teams to support the CMS eCQM Annual Update publication process and meet milestones.
• Review CMS-published eCQMs and develop technical release notes, measure flows, and other supporting documentation.
• Support measure maintenance through expert workgroup coordination, facilitation, performance data review, and implementer feedback analysis.
• Develop and maintain templates, processes, and workflows consistent with organizational best practices and contract requirements.
• Track project tasks, prepare meeting agendas, take notes, and support project planning and implementation.

Requirements

• Master’s degree, or bachelor’s degree with 2–5 years of related experience, or equivalent education.
• Knowledge of Measures Management System Blueprint quality measure development and maintenance activities.
• Familiarity with MADiE and VSAC.
• Experience coordinating projects, managing multiple activities, and meeting deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, prioritization, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Current U.S. full-time work authorization is required; employment-based visa sponsorship, including H-1B sponsorship, is not available.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of electronic health records and clinical workflows in physician practices or other healthcare settings.
• Experience working independently and collaboratively on research projects.
