Data Analytics Lead

Location: Hybrid in Washington, DC; US citizenship required for the federal client.

Salary: $80,000–$100,000 annually.

What you will do

• Lead a team of analysts and prioritize workloads across the program.
• Oversee data management, reporting, credentialing and vetting support, WSO data updates, and PSD submission workflows.
• Develop operational metrics, executive-level dashboards, and briefings for senior leadership.
• Support SharePoint-based data tracking and documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholders and improve operational processes in a federal mission-support environment.

Requirements

• US citizenship is required because the federal client requires Public Trust clearance.
• Experience with data analysis, reporting, operational analytics, and data management.
• Experience leading analysts, coordinating stakeholders, and prioritizing workloads.
• Strong documentation and process improvement skills.
• Ability to develop executive dashboards and briefings for senior leadership.
