Account Manager Fine Fragrance Experience (Fine Fragrance)

What you will do

• Lead client relationships across key fine fragrance accounts in the Middle East.
• Drive sales growth by identifying opportunities, preparing tailored fragrance proposals, and achieving annual revenue and margin targets.
• Develop knowledge of company offerings, pricing, and policies, and improve sales proposals.
• Forecast, monitor, and analyze sales performance and maintain accurate pipeline management.
• Provide input into product development and competitive positioning.
• Manage end-to-end project cycles and develop distribution channels.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business Management, Administration, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of industry experience or related experience in an international environment.
• Proven experience in sales and distribution.
• Passion for the fragrance industry and ability to work collaboratively.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Fluent English required.
