What you will do
- Develop and drive the implementation of segment strategies for identified key accounts to achieve growth objectives.
- Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on sales, margins, and pipeline targets.
- Manage regional ownership of Global and Regional customers, orchestrating multi-functional resources.
- Build multi-level relationships with accounts at regional and global levels to ensure operational excellence.
- Implement global pricing strategies for accounts within the region.
- Serve as the APAC SPARK (Solution Selling) Champion to roll out advanced sales capabilities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
- At least 8 years of experience as an account, sales, or business development manager.
- Proven skills in project and portfolio management.
- Strong commercial acumen and experience.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
