What you will do

  • Develop and drive the implementation of segment strategies for identified key accounts to achieve growth objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to deliver on sales, margins, and pipeline targets.
  • Manage regional ownership of Global and Regional customers, orchestrating multi-functional resources.
  • Build multi-level relationships with accounts at regional and global levels to ensure operational excellence.
  • Implement global pricing strategies for accounts within the region.
  • Serve as the APAC SPARK (Solution Selling) Champion to roll out advanced sales capabilities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's Degree in a related discipline.
  • At least 8 years of experience as an account, sales, or business development manager.
  • Proven skills in project and portfolio management.
  • Strong commercial acumen and experience.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
