Business Development Manager (Real Estate)

Location: On-site in Dubai, United Arab Emirates

What you will do

• Identify new real estate clients through networking, competitor research, and government registration sites.
• Sign up new, expired, and cancelled real estate accounts that are not currently subscribed to corporate property accounts.
• Document clients’ advertising commitments and coordinate contract onboarding with Sales Support.
• Train clients to maximize the tools and services they have purchased.
• Monitor client health and quality metrics, manage expectations, and ensure effective service usage.
• Track sales activities through reporting dashboards and meet or exceed performance targets.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Valid UAE driving license required.
• 1.5–2 years of professional experience.
• Basic knowledge of sales processes and experience in customer-facing roles.
• Experience communicating and negotiating with clients.
• Professional proficiency in English.
