Sr Business Consultant

Location: National remote; may be performed remotely anywhere within the continental United States, excluding California, New York, Alaska, and Hawaii.

Base pay range: $69,800–$125,900 annually, with eligibility for an annual incentive bonus plan.

What you will do

• Lead business analysis and ensure alignment across functional areas in support of divisional strategies.
• Coordinate complex, strategic, cross-divisional, and enterprise-wide projects from inception through completion.
• Oversee project teams, resources, budgets, and delivery against dynamic and critical timelines.
• Interact with all levels of management, including senior management across multiple divisions.
• Support prioritization of transformational program activities and track progress toward goals.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree and 5 years of experience, or 9 years of experience in business analysis, process improvement, project management, business operations, or relevant healthcare industry work.
• 3 years of experience leading large and complex multi-million-dollar projects.
• Experience communicating with senior management from multiple divisions and developing and delivering presentations.
• Experience managing multiple complex projects successfully, resolving problems, interpreting business and financial information, and applying strategic planning techniques and industry trends.
• Negotiation, verbal and written communication, organizational, and relationship-building skills, including establishing team environments and preparing presentations for senior management.
• Detail orientation and PC proficiency, including Microsoft Office products.

• Strong project management skills.
• Ability to drive decisions, create optionality, and determine the impacts of options.
• Value Based Care Operations experience.
• Advanced PowerPoint skills for leadership presentations.
