TL;DR
AI Consultant (AI/Enterprise Consulting): Designing and presenting AI solutions that connect business objectives with measurable outcomes, while advising clients on organizational, process, and operating-model transformation with an accent on enterprise architecture, system integrations, and agentic AI. Focus on analyzing business challenges, leading executive workshops, assessing technical feasibility with architects, and developing AI methodologies and accelerators.
Location: Hybrid in Amsterdam, Netherlands, with up to three remote working days per week

What you will do
- Analyze client requirements, business processes, and organizational structures to identify measurable AI opportunities.
- Design, structure, and present AI solutions connected to business objectives and outcomes.
- Advise stakeholders on the medium- and long-term impact of AI on organizations, processes, operating models, and business models.
- Facilitate workshops, presentations, and client pitches with executives and business stakeholders.
- Collaborate with solution architects and delivery teams to assess feasibility and develop sustainable architectures.
- Support AI adoption, commercial proposals, the sales-to-delivery process, and the development of new AI offerings and accelerators.
Requirements
- Experienced AI consulting background with a strong understanding of enterprise architecture, system integrations, and data flows.
- Daily hands-on use of AI tools such as Claude and ChatGPT with a critical approach to outputs.
- Experience with Claude Code, MCP Connectors, plugins, skills, and agent-based AI solutions.
- Ability to explain complex concepts to non-technical audiences through strong communication and presentation skills.
- Professional fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Understanding of AI value, limitations, delivery acceleration, customer-facing applications, and agentic workflows.

- Experience in an e-commerce agency, digital consultancy, or AI-focused consulting environment.
- Experience optimizing business processes through AI-driven initiatives.
- Experience developing methodologies, frameworks, accelerators, or reusable consulting assets.
