Implementation Specialist (Contractor)

Salary: $35.00–$45.00 per hour

What you will do

• Manage client support tickets from triage and assignment through resolution, including documentation, status updates, and SLA tracking.
• Configure systems using the HUB and internal tools based on implementation specifications.
• Support technical integrations, data setup, troubleshooting, and cross-functional issue escalation.
• Coordinate annual enrollment benefits review activities and track deliverables throughout the enrollment cycle.
• Perform peer quality assurance reviews, pre-launch testing, configuration validation, and data integrity checks.
• Maintain knowledge-base content, configuration records, testing documentation, and process improvement materials.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in SaaS client support or technical implementation; healthcare or healthcare technology experience is preferred.
• 2+ years of hands-on experience with system configuration and client ticketing systems.
• High school diploma required; an associate's or bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn proprietary systems quickly.
• Experience with internal configuration tools, client support platforms, quality assurance, or testing procedures is preferred.
• Must be eligible for the United States remote contractor position.
