Consumer Service Ops Professional (Healthcare)

Location: Remote Kentucky, United States; occasional travel to hirify.global offices for training or meetings may be required.

Salary: $58,700–$68,200 per year, plus eligibility for a bonus incentive plan.

What you will do

• Investigate and resolve member, provider, and customer service issues.
• Coordinate fulfillment and delivery of member benefits, products, resources, and assistance programs.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to resolve barriers and support positive member outcomes.
• Use benefit fulfillment systems, multiple data sources, reports, and performance metrics to process requests and prioritize workloads.
• Analyze problems, determine solutions, and balance quality, compliance, and member experience.
• Support new program, benefit, workflow, and operational implementations while contributing to continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a service operations environment.
• Ability to analyze operational data and metrics and communicate insights.
• Dedicated work space without ongoing interruptions to protect member PHI and HIPAA information.
• Home internet with at least 25 Mbps download and 10 Mbps upload speeds.

Nice to have
