Accounts Receivable Accountant (SAP)

Location: Hybrid, Makati City, Philippines

What you will do

• Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoice generation and revenue recognition.
• Prepare AR reporting and close the accounts receivable ledger.
• Ensure compliance with Group policies, procedures, and financial transaction recording standards.
• Evaluate and improve existing and new accounting processes.
• Support the accounting team and deputize for processes such as purchase orders, dunning, and archiving.

Requirements

• Experience with the order-to-cash process, particularly invoicing.
• Experience in cash collection and dunning.
• Competence with SAP, mainly SAP SD.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to handle multiple requests simultaneously.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Preferably at least 2 years of work experience.

Nice to have

• Experience with the SAP Revenue Accounting & Reporting tool.
