Operations Lead (SaaS/ERP)

Location: Fully remote, based in the Philippines; working hours must overlap with the US team.

What you will do

• Own client invoicing and ensure bills match signed contracts and delivered services.
• Run billing reconciliations across invoices, payments, bank accounts, and card accounts.
• Manage contract buyouts, including amount and end-date verification, payments, and tracking.
• Investigate discrepancies through contracts, bank feeds, Slack, and spreadsheets, then document the findings clearly.
• Partner with Finance, Sales, and Client Success across handoffs, renewals, and buyouts.
• Create SOPs and support broader operations work to improve accuracy and efficiency.

Requirements

• Experience in billing, accounts receivable or payable, bookkeeping, or reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail and comfort working with large transaction and spreadsheet datasets.
• Clear written communication and the ability to explain reconciliation findings simply.
• Strong organization, self-direction, and ownership of recurring processes.
• Experience with tools such as Google Sheets, Salesforce, Brex, or QuickBooks.
• Comfort working remotely from the Philippines with overlap with the US team.

Nice to have

• Experience writing SOPs or process documentation.
• Curiosity about building materials, paint, hardware, SaaS, or ERP.
• Experience working in a fast-moving startup.
