Tech Services - Associate & Engagement Manager

Location: Hybrid, with at least three days per week in a local office or working onsite with clients; willingness to travel part of the working week is required.

What you will do

• Help technology, software, and private equity clients address strategic, operational, organizational, and transformation challenges.
• Lead workstreams and manage project teams through structured problem-solving processes.
• Plan and execute sophisticated analyses, identify trends, synthesize findings, and develop practical recommendations.
• Manage client relationships and increasingly complex engagements, with responsibility for stakeholder communication.
• Mentor junior consultants and contribute industry-specific expertise to project teams.
• Work on operating model design, organizational effectiveness, workforce transformation, culture and behavioral change, and transformation success.

Requirements

• At least 6 years of relevant experience, ideally in a top-tier strategy consulting firm, strategy department, or in-house consulting function.
• Strong strategic problem-solving, analytical, synthesis, and recommendation-development skills.
• Outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Fluent English required.
• Availability to work at least three days per week in a local office or onsite with clients, with part-week travel.
