Technology Strategy Consultant (AI)

Location: Must be based in Germany (Hybrid: 3 days per week in office/onsite)

What you will do

• Deliver technology-enabled transformation projects across IT strategy, efficiency, and risk management.
• Conduct technology due diligence and value creation assessments for acquisitions and integrations.
• Define and scale data, analytics, AI, and GenAI strategies to generate measurable business impact.
• Collaborate with clients and senior team members to structure problems, analyze data, and develop actionable recommendations.
• Manage workstreams and support the coaching of junior colleagues.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of relevant experience in strategy consulting or in-house technology strategy roles.
• Fluency in English and German is required.
• Strong analytical and synthesis skills with the ability to present complex recommendations.
• Undergraduate or advanced degree from a top academic program.
• Willingness to travel and ability to work in a hybrid environment (3 days/week in office).
