What you will do

• Own and develop the year-round engagement strategy for a professional community of NHS digital health leaders.
• Build and maintain relationships with senior NHS stakeholders and government officials.
• Convert community involvement into participation in Summer Schools, Rewired, webinars, and networking events.
• Identify speakers, oversee sponsor deliverables, and collaborate with marketing on recruitment and retention campaigns.
• Research prospects, develop audience segmentation, and identify opportunities for new specialist community groups.
• Lead the Community Engagement Team, manage targets and workload, control the engagement budget, and report KPIs to the Managing Director.

Requirements

• Proven community engagement experience with measurable outcomes.
• Experience leading and managing a team and delivering community-based projects.
• Track record of establishing and maintaining stakeholder partnerships, including working relationships with government stakeholders.
• Experience developing strategies and action plans.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM systems, with an interest in digital health or the health sector.
