Location: London, United Kingdom. This is a full-time hybrid role, with teams in the office around four days a week. The role requires the right to work in the UK.

What you will do
- Lead the London Activation Hub and oversee activation services, ad operations, reporting, SLAs, workflows, and campaign delivery for Amazon businesses including Prime Video and RMI.
- Manage digital planning and activation across social, programmatic, implementational planning, offline consultancy, partnerships, influencers, and nearshore teams in Warsaw.
- Translate strategy into integrated digital plans, align local-market execution with central planning, and guide stakeholders on platforms, systems, measurement, and proprietary solutions.
- Manage campaign budgets, daily spend, bid strategies, tracking, optimization, trading deals, technology fees, and commercial opportunities.
- Lead cross-channel performance reporting, analytics, dashboards, data provisioning, brand safety, viewability, attention scoring, and measurement frameworks.
- Develop team capability and morale while managing resourcing, cost control, transformation initiatives, and senior stakeholder relationships across WPP and Amazon.
Requirements
- Extensive experience in digital paid media, strategy, retail, or consulting, with a strong background in biddable media.
- Advanced knowledge of at least two digital practice areas and experience coaching junior team members.
- Proven experience managing complex, multi-market accounts and delivering measurable business outcomes.
- Experience managing large, multi-market, networked teams and dynamic hubs.
- Strong strategic, data-driven, and persuasive communication skills, including communication with C-suite stakeholders.
- Right to work in the United Kingdom is required.
