Social Media Specialist

What you will do

• Lead the UK social media strategy and content calendar across Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube.
• Create social-first content and coordinate designers, photographers, and videographers to produce high-quality assets.
• Build community engagement and manage relationships with local influencers, creators, partners, and wellbeing communities.
• Execute local activations, influencer collaborations, product-launch coverage, and brand-event campaigns.
• Track analytics and social listening data, prepare performance reports, and turn insights into content optimization.
• Collaborate with regional and global marketing teams to adapt campaigns to local cultural contexts and share best practices.

Requirements

• 4–6 years of experience in social media management and execution.
• Experience developing and executing end-to-end local social media strategies across major platforms.
• Strong storytelling, copywriting, short-form video production, and knowledge of current platform trends.
• Experience managing influencer and creator collaborations from briefing through execution.
• Ability to use social media management, listening, and analytics tools to translate performance insights into action.
• Fluent English and prior experience in social media strategy execution are mandatory.
