What you will do

• Build the community strategy from the ground up, managing channels such as Slack, Discord, or LinkedIn.
• Own the full events calendar, including executive dinners, customer roundtables, and major industry conferences.
• Design and execute exclusive engagement programs for senior stakeholders like CISOs and CTOs.
• Coordinate hirify.global's presence at industry events, managing booth experiences and sponsored sessions.
• Define and track metrics to prove the impact of community and events on pipeline, retention, and brand growth.

Requirements

• 3-6+ years of experience in community management, event marketing, or field marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
• Proven track record of building B2B community programs from an early stage.
• Strong operational discipline in event production and vendor management.
• Ability to align community initiatives with revenue goals and pipeline growth.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills for professional and executive engagement.

Nice to have

• Experience in cybersecurity, compliance, or GRC sectors.
• Familiarity with HubSpot for event tracking and invite management workflows.
• Existing relationships with tech event venues and production vendors.
• Experience running executive-level advisory boards or C-suite dinners.
• Comfort with video production and webinar platforms for virtual/hybrid formats.
