Engineering Program Manager (AI Infrastructure)

Location: On-site in San Francisco, CA

Compensation: $230,000–$280,000 + Bonus + RSUs

What you will do

• Run programs to improve KPI infrastructure, including SLO dashboards, incident follow-up, and deployment velocity.
• Partner with engineering, SRE, and data teams to ensure accurate operational reporting and organizational health.
• Own the end-to-end deployment process, ensuring quality hand-offs between DCOps, Cloud Engineering, and TPM teams.
• Act as the single point of authority to resolve issues during data center deployments.
• Support the Chief of Staff on strategic cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in software engineering, technical program management, or technical product roles.
• Deep understanding of production systems and infrastructure environments.
• Proven ability to coordinate across teams without formal authority.
• Experience turning complex, multi-source data into actionable insights.
• Familiarity with the data center build lifecycle from planning to physical-to-digital handoff.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.

Nice to have

• Experience within major cloud providers like AWS, GCP, or Azure.
• Background in AI/ML infrastructure.
• Familiarity with incident management platforms like PagerDuty or incident.io.
