Technical Program Manager (AI)

Location: San Francisco; on-site at the SF headquarters

Salary: $120,000–$160,000 USD annually, depending on experience, plus equity, benefits, and an annual performance-based bonus of up to 30%.

What you will do

• Own and evolve the engineering organization’s operating cadences, tooling, and sources of truth.
• Define and drive execution frameworks for high-stakes technical roadmaps.
• Coordinate AI capability launches from early discovery through full-scale deployment.
• Support delivery across multiple concurrent customer implementations, tracking health and surfacing at-risk go-lives.
• Stand up and operate cross-functional programs covering evaluation, onboarding, and quality.
• Translate technical and clinical program status into clear updates for leadership and engineering teams.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in technical program management or engineering operations, ideally in a high-growth technology environment.
• Deep experience working with software engineers and comfort with APIs, development workflows, data pipelines, and AI/ML-driven systems.
• Experience managing delivery across multiple concurrent workstreams.
• Ability to learn regulated healthcare topics such as clinical documentation, medical coding, and payer rules.
• Strong judgment, ownership, direct communication, and ability to influence without authority.
• Ability to work on-site in San Francisco.
