Salary: $70,000–$300,000 per year, plus benefits and equity

What you will do

  • Plan and track timelines, milestones, deliverables, schedules, and roadmaps for hardware development programs.
  • Coordinate electrical, mechanical, embedded, software, field operations, product, and business stakeholders.
  • Organize design reviews, facilitate meetings, track action items, resolve blockers, and drive decisions.
  • Identify program risks, maintain risk trackers, support mitigation planning, and prepare status and executive reports.
  • Coordinate prototype builds, component readiness, development cycles, resources, and issue resolution.
  • Evaluate vendors, coordinate suppliers and contract manufacturers, and support a resilient hardware supply chain.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering, business administration, operations management, or a related field.
  • 1–6 years of experience in program management, engineering, operations, or related roles.
  • Experience tracking project activities, deliverables, KPIs, and work in tools such as Jira.
  • Experience facilitating alignment across internal and external cross-functional teams.
  • Basic technical understanding of hardware systems or engineering workflows.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, ambiguous, high-growth startup environment.

Nice to have

  • Experience with hardware or robotics programs and product development or NPI processes.
  • Experience driving validation and qualification alignment for prototypes or product changes.
  • Technical ability to engage with electrical, mechanical, sensing, and compute teams and assess system-level trade-offs.
  • Experience scaling hardware systems from prototype to mass production.
  • MS technical degree or PMP certification.
