IT Lead Project Manager (Travel Technology)

What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end delivery of the Avinor Solution Center roadmap, ensuring commitments are met on time, within budget, and to quality standards.
• Establish governance processes, including Steering Committees and customer engagement forums.
• Oversee financial performance, budgeting, reporting, and invoicing.
• Monitor risks, issues, and dependencies while driving mitigation plans and escalations.
• Coordinate cross-functional product, development, consulting, and service initiatives.
• Build relationships with customer business and IT leaders and support growth opportunities through customer engagement.

Requirements

• Degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience managing complex IT programs in international environments.
• Strong understanding of airport, airline, or travel technology solutions.
• Proven experience in delivery, program, or solution management.
• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
• Fluent English required.

• PMP certification.
