Location: Porto, Portugal; onsite role.

What you will do
- Monitor and track IT initiatives, projects, and transformation activities.
- Maintain governance artifacts, project trackers, readiness reviews, and status reports.
- Collect and analyse KPIs and prepare management dashboards and executive reports using Excel, Power BI, and related tools.
- Organize governance meetings, workshops, and steering committees; record decisions and follow up on actions.
- Identify opportunities to automate reporting and improve PMO governance practices.
- Support portfolio management, strategic analyses, presentations, and cross-functional IT and business projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Management, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills with basic knowledge of data analysis and reporting.
- Strong analytical, organizational, communication, prioritization, and continuous-improvement skills.
- Fluent English is mandatory, and Portuguese is required.
- Understanding of project management concepts and familiarity with Jira or Power BI are advantageous.
Nice to have
- French or Italian language skills.
- Familiarity with Jira, Power BI, or similar reporting tools.
