Finance Project Manager (SAP)

Location: Hybrid across listed sites in Belgium, France, Germany, Luxembourg, the Netherlands, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the United Kingdom

What you will do

• Lead the finalisation of Concur deployment across remaining countries, including planning, user acceptance testing, training, hypercare, and post-implementation reviews.
• Manage the SAP migration for the PayOne joint venture, including data migration, cutover planning, validation testing, governance, and post-go-live support.
• Lead deployment of the integrated SAP S/4 and data lake platform as the single billing and collection tool across entities and business platforms.
• Define revenue recognition, billing rules, intercompany billing, master data governance, and related process and service-level requirements.
• Coordinate finance, IT, business, legal, compliance, shared services, regional teams, external consultants, and vendors.
• Establish governance for change requests, version control, continuous improvement, risk management, and benefits realisation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 5+ years of finance project management experience in multinational organisations, preferably involving payments, SAP S/4HANA, ERP migrations, and data management.
• Proven delivery of complex, multi-country finance transformation programmes on time and within budget.
• Expertise in SAP migration projects, data governance, master data management, and data integration.
• Strong stakeholder, communication, change management, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent English required; proficiency in additional hirify.global languages is a plus.

Nice to have

• Experience with Concur or travel and expense management deployments.
• Master’s degree or certifications such as PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or CFA.
• Knowledge of IFRS or local GAAP, revenue recognition, billing, New GL, Document Splitting, and intercompany automation.
