Quality Project Manager (Aerospace)

Location: Lisbon, Portugal; hybrid working model combining onsite and offsite work.

What you will do

• Lead the planning, scheduling, execution, and monitoring of complex projects.
• Maintain project management processes, reporting standards, risk management, and change control.
• Monitor budgets, forecast costs, and support achievement of financial objectives.
• Prepare presentations, reports, project documentation, and post-meeting reviews using G Suite and MS Office.
• Facilitate workshops and brainstorming sessions focused on innovation, problem-solving, and team development.
• Coordinate internal teams, external partners, clients, and stakeholders to align goals, milestones, and expectations.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
• 2–3 years of project management experience within the aerospace industry.
• Experience managing complex projects from initiation to completion and working with project management methodologies and tools.
• Leadership, decision-making, prioritization, delegation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in a matrix organization and with cross-functional teams.
• Understanding of aerospace regulations, safety standards, and industry best practices; business-fluent English required.
