What you will do

• Supervise and motivate 2-3 international teams.
• Organize and moderate all Scrum meetings and ensure correct process implementation.
• Maintain transparency of Scrum artifacts, including Product and Sprint Backlogs and Burndown Charts.
• Coordinate with other Scrum Masters to ensure consistent collaboration across the organization.
• Optimize the development process and integrate quality management requirements.
• Support the Product Owner in efficient backlog management.

Requirements

• In-depth experience with Agile methods and the Scrum framework.
• Experience with scaled agile models such as LeSS or SAFe.
• Proven track record in international cross-entity projects.
• Fluency in English (written and spoken).
• Proficiency with JIRA, Miro, and basic knowledge of DevOps.
• Must be based in or able to work from Maia, Portugal.

Nice to have

• Scrum Master certification (e.g., CSM or PSM).
