Scrum Master (Digital Twin)

Location: Hybrid position in Maia/Porto, Portugal

What you will do

• Supervise and motivate a team of seven people.
• Own and continuously optimize the Scrum process and ensure correct implementation.
• Organize and moderate Scrum ceremonies and coordinate with other Scrum Masters.
• Maintain transparent Product Backlog, Sprint Backlog, and Burndown Chart artifacts.
• Monitor Scrum practice compliance and establish agile practices within the team.
• Support the Product Owner with efficient product backlog management and incorporate quality management requirements.

Requirements

• More than four years of in-depth experience applying agile methods, ideally Scrum.
• Experience with scaled agile frameworks such as LeSS or SAFe.
• Experience in international, cross-entity projects.
• Scrum Master certification, such as CSM or PSM.
• Strong communication, moderation, initiative, and teamwork skills, with basic knowledge of agile software development.
• Very good knowledge of DevOps, Miro, and Jira; fluent English is required.
