Controls Engineer

Location: On-site in Austin, TX; New York, NY; San Francisco, CA; or Seattle, WA

Salary: $164,000–$206,000 per year, plus equity

What you will do

• Own controls engineering for assigned data center sites.
• Review BMS and EPMS designs, including architecture, points, sequences, and graphics.
• Oversee controls integrator programming quality before field deployment.
• Provide integration oversight and commissioning support.
• Support Level 3 through Level 5 commissioning by resolving engineering questions quickly.

Requirements

• Experience engineering building or industrial controls for mission-critical projects.
• Ability to read and write sequences of operations.
• Experience reviewing integrator work and providing specific technical feedback.
• Ability to debug controls issues from the points list upward.
• Ability to work on-site in one of the listed US locations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Niagara or Ignition.
• Experience with EPMS platforms.
• Controls networking knowledge.
• Commissioning experience.
