Associate Consultant (Employee Health & Benefits)

Location: Not specified; the role is associated with hirify.global Agency's North American office network.

Salary: $64,700–$120,400 base salary per year, plus potential performance-based incentives.

What you will do

• Coordinate, develop, and execute client project plans and presentations.
• Support RFP, renewal, implementation, and post-implementation processes for employee benefit projects.
• Analyze benchmark survey data, validate plan information, and review plan design accuracy.
• Coordinate census data, Schedule A requests, ERISA Wrap documents, billing, and claims issues.
• Build vendor relationships and coordinate information for client research and presentations.
• Respond to client inquiries and support open enrollment and employee communications.

Requirements

• Prior experience with employee benefits and medical, dental, life, short-term disability, and long-term disability insurance coverage.
• Knowledge of health and welfare compliance, including HIPAA, FMLA, COBRA, Form 5500, ACA, and DOL requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to present to varied professional audiences.
• Life and Health licensure, or commitment to obtaining it within six months of starting.
• Ability to collaborate with internal staff, management, clients, prospects, and vendors.
