Senior Project Manager (West Coast)

Location: Remote within the United States; West Coast preferred. This role is not available for hire or work in New Mexico, Montana, Alaska, or Hawaii.

Salary: $95,000–$125,000 USD per year.

What you will do

• Lead and deliver development projects and campaign workstreams spanning strategy, creative, technology, production, digital, and media.
• Plan and prioritize deliverables, resources, project timelines, launch dates, and daily activities across multiple projects.
• Coordinate creative, strategy, technology, and other discipline teams while managing task allocation and prioritization.
• Act as the client-facing point of contact, build client relationships, communicate project status, and manage expectations and feedback.
• Manage deliverable requirements, budgets, burn reports, scope, risks, change management, and resource allocation.
• Use Asana, Jira, and Coda to manage project delivery.

Requirements

• Experience managing multiple interactive projects from discovery and design through technical development and implementation.
• Experience managing budgets and burn reports, and writing statements of work.
• Experience in management or mentorship, team management, task allocation, and prioritization.
• Ability to manage projects end to end autonomously and ensure objectives, timelines, budgets, quality, and integrity of results.
• Previous agency experience and experience delivering creative projects.
• Experience monitoring project risks and scope creep, identifying potential problems, and proactively developing solutions.
• Ability to identify unrecognized client needs, connect approaches and solutions to objectives and future needs, and manage client expectations.
• Ability to communicate and document project status and strategic recommendations, escalate issues appropriately, and follow project management methodologies and processes.
• Agile methodologies are required; experience composing teams based on required roles and capabilities and working with resource management to staff teams responsibly and within budget is required.
• Experience with Asana, Jira, and Coda.
