Senior Project Manager (Aerospace & Defense) - UAE

What you will do

• Lead complex, strategic projects across the full lifecycle from initiation to closure, ensuring delivery within budget and scope.
• Develop project plans covering resources, timelines, risks, priorities, and multiple simultaneous projects.
• Lead cross-functional and multiple-location teams, manage stakeholders, and communicate project progress and expectations.
• Analyze project metrics, identify improvement opportunities, and contribute to project management methodology and process improvements.
• Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensure alignment with organizational goals, and communicate solutions that create customer value and efficiency.
• Mentor junior project managers and strengthen team capabilities.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience managing mid- to large-scale projects, preferably in commercial carriers, MRO, or OEM environments.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Agile and traditional project management methodologies.
• Demonstrated experience with systems integration and data integration projects.
• In-depth understanding of core corporate platforms, with a focus on SaaS solutions.
• Proficiency with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or similar tools.
• Excellent analytical, critical-thinking, problem-solving, verbal, and written communication skills in English.
• Strong leadership abilities, including experience managing and motivating cross-functional teams.
• Expertise in risk management and mitigation, stakeholder collaboration, adaptability, and resilience when handling changing priorities and project demands.
