Senior IT Project Manager

Location: Remote, onsite in Bratislava, Prague, Warsaw, or London, or hybrid.

Salary: EUR 1,800 per month.

What you will do

• Plan, execute, monitor, and close complex IT projects in line with customer expectations and company goals.
• Define project objectives and requirements while managing cost, time, scope, and quality constraints.
• Assemble and coordinate project teams, assign responsibilities, and lead diverse teams toward high performance and tight deadlines.
• Prepare and maintain project plans, schedules, reports, documentation, and performance measurements.
• Manage scope, schedule, cost changes, project risks, and third-party or vendor relationships.
• Report project status and escalate issues to management when needed.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
• At least 7 years of experience as an IT Project Manager and proven project management experience in the information technology sector.
• Solid technical background with an understanding of or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
• Strong working knowledge of project management tools such as JIRA, Asana, or Trello.
• Excellent client-facing, internal, written, and verbal communication skills.
• Strong leadership experience, including increasing leadership responsibility and career growth in project management.
• Strong analytical, organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with minimal supervision and a high level of responsibility and self-motivation.

Nice to have

• PMP or PRINCE II certification.
