Sr. Project Manager (IT)

Location: Somerset, NJ, USA; hybrid structure with required reporting to the Somerset office and up to 10% travel.

Salary: $120,000–$170,000 annual base salary range.

What you will do

• Lead IT project engagements according to Statements of Work, managing scope, schedules, budgets, teams, and deliverables.
• Conduct project kickoffs, create schedules, assemble project teams, and establish roles and responsibilities.
• Provide customer status updates covering action items, issues, risks, and mitigation plans.
• Execute changes to project scope, schedule, and cost, serving as the primary contact for issues and escalations.
• Conduct project close activities in collaboration with the program manager and confirm delivery of required outcomes.
• Coach and mentor project participants and maintain project accuracy using tools such as Asana and AirTable.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant work experience.
• 7+ years of experience in customer-facing or internal project management.
• 5+ years of experience in IT technical project management.
• PMP Certification.
• Intermediate ability to use Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook.
• Intermediate ability to oversee and direct projects through completion, including efficient resource use and stakeholder satisfaction.
• Intermediate expertise in Agile, Waterfall, and Scrum project management frameworks.
• Intermediate competence with project management tools such as Asana.
• Intermediate familiarity with hirify.global’s operational mechanisms, hierarchy, and internal processes.
• Ability to demonstrate adaptability, communication, collaboration, conflict resolution, decision-making, results orientation, self-motivation, prioritization, time management, leaderhirify.globalp, problem-solving, follow-up, and organization.

Nice to have

• 5+ years of experience with Asana and Agile in a hybrid environment.
