Construction Manager (AI Data Centers)

Location: Remote within the United States, with 80–100% travel to active sites. Listed locations: Austin, New York, San Francisco, and Seattle.

Salary: $155,000–$210,000 per year plus equity.

What you will do

• Own day-to-day site execution for greenfield and brownfield GPU data center builds.
• Coordinate general contractors, subcontractors, trades, vendors, design, procurement, commissioning, and operations.
• Build and execute integrated schedules using Primavera P6 or MS Project across design, procurement, construction, and commissioning.
• Enforce safety programs, drive zero-incident performance, and verify QA/QC, submittals, RFIs, and change orders.
• Track progress, spend, earned value, and resource loading, issuing recovery plans when required.
• Lead critical-path trade scopes and manage construction contracts from award through close-out.

Requirements

• Experience managing hyperscale, semiconductor, or mission-critical construction projects.
• Deep knowledge of CSA and MEP construction phases, procurement workflows, and cost controls.
• Experience building and driving integrated schedules in Primavera P6 or MS Project.
• Ability to enforce safety standards and hold subcontractors accountable.
• Ability to coordinate handoffs across Design, Procurement, Commissioning, and Operations.
• Willingness to travel 80–100% to active sites.

Nice to have

• Construction management qualification.
• Experience with liquid cooling or high-density power builds.
