Senior Product Designer (ClimateTech)

Location: Hybrid in Paris, Montpellier, or London, or remote in France or Europe

What you will do

• Own the end-to-end UX and product design of Act, from information architecture to detailed interactions.
• Simplify a powerful and complex product area so customers can operate it with confidence.
• Design data visualizations that make dense, high-stakes climate information easy to understand and act on.
• Shape the long-term product vision and strategy for Act.
• Collaborate with product managers, engineers, domain experts, customers, and the wider design team.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience designing SaaS products, ideally B2B products.
• Experience simplifying complex systems and designing collaborative or multi-stakeholder workflows.
• Hands-on professional experience using AI tools in design research, prototyping, synthesis, or production.
• Experience designing AI-powered features for end users.
• Systems-oriented approach, strong communication, autonomy, and ability to connect design decisions to user outcomes and business goals.
• Fluent English required; French is a plus.
