Location: Paris, France; office-first culture with 4 days per week in-office
Salary: €80,000–€110,000 base salary per year, depending on experience and seniority

What you will do
- Own product areas end to end, from discovery and problem definition through delivery and impact measurement.
- Lead user research, analyze behavior, and frame ambiguous problems as actionable design opportunities.
- Create polished interfaces that balance simplicity with powerful functionality in an AI-driven product.
- Partner closely with engineering to understand constraints, explore possibilities, and influence implementation decisions.
- Present work, shape product direction, advocate for user needs, and contribute to research, prototyping, brand, or light coding when needed.
- Guide less experienced designers and raise the quality bar across the team.
Requirements
- 5+ years of product design experience, including at least 2 years with complex B2B or technical products.
- Strong discovery and product-thinking skills, including framing user, business, and technical problems.
- High UI craft with an understanding of usability, systems thinking, and end-to-end product design.
- Clear communication and the ability to influence cross-functional stakeholders without formal authority.
- Comfort working with technical teams and engineering constraints.
- Generalist mindset, with willingness to contribute to research, prototyping, brand, or light coding.
