Senior Product Designer (Growth)

What you will do

• Own product design end to end in the Growth stream, from problem framing through build-ready delivery and post-release iteration.
• Produce implementation-ready flows, states, edge cases, content, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with Product and Engineering to clarify problems early and reduce rework.
• Apply and improve design-system patterns while maintaining consistent product experiences.
• Plan and run concept, usability, and comprehension research, translating findings, product data, behavioural data, and experiment results into design decisions.
• Design clear and fair customer experiences in a regulated financial-services context, using AI to accelerate repeatable and transparent workflow.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience designing digital products as a Product Designer or UX/UI Designer, with a portfolio showing end-to-end ownership of complex experiences.
• Strong interaction design, systems thinking, product-design craft, and end-to-end journey ownership.
• Hands-on user research experience and an evidence-based approach to design decisions.
• Experience using product and behavioural data and experiment results to frame problems, prioritise work, and evaluate outcomes.
• High ownership, autonomy, senior-level contractor experience, pragmatic quality-versus-speed judgement, and strong collaboration with Product and Engineering.
• English fluency at C1 level or above is required.

Nice to have

• Growth experimentation, funnel optimisation, and strong prototyping skills.
• Experience operationalising AI in team workflows.
• Experience in fintech, investing, or another regulated sector such as insurance, healthcare, gambling, or utilities.
