Senior Product Designer (Cybersecurity & Compliance)

What you will do

• Define information architecture and interaction models that unify separate Security and Compliance product experiences.
• Evolve the design system across live products while preserving established customer workflows.
• Lead product design from discovery through UX flows, high-fidelity UI, and handoff assets.
• Design agent-enabled experiences and use AI for rapid prototyping and iterative validation.
• Apply personas, research, competitive analysis, and product data to design decisions.
• Document design rationale and collaborate with Product, Engineering, customers, and C-Level stakeholders.

Requirements

• 5+ years of product design experience, preferably in SaaS and/or B2B.
• Portfolio demonstrating strong UX thinking, systemic approaches, and high-quality visual craft.
• Experience unifying products, migrating a design system on a live product, or overhauling information architecture at platform scale.
• Strong product thinking and the ability to connect design decisions to revenue, retention, and customer impact.
• Confidence working with customers, Product, Engineering, and C-Level stakeholders in ambiguous problem spaces.
