Customer Experience Banker (Retail Banking)

What you will do

• Provide customer service and resolve customer issues effectively.
• Identify customer financial goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through sales processes, follow-up programs, outbound calls, and referrals.
• Educate customers about banking products, mobile services, online banking, and other technologies.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory policies and procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma or GED plus at least one year of customer service or qualifying military experience, or a bachelor's degree.
• Customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales is preferred.
• Additional background checks and fingerprinting may be required under NMLS regulations.
• Must be authorized to work full-time in the United States.
• Immigration sponsorship is not available for this position.
