Customer Experience Banker - Market Square (Banking)

Location: Pittsburgh, PA, United States; office-based. Applicants must already be authorized to work full time in the United States.

What you will do

• Provide financial concierge services and excellent customer support to walk-in customers.
• Identify customer goals and recommend suitable deposit, loan, and other banking products.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently.
• Grow consumer and business relationships through sales processes, follow-up programs, outbound calling, and referrals.
• Educate customers about banking products, services, and digital banking technology.
• Follow operational, security, risk, and regulatory procedures.

Requirements

• High school diploma and at least one year of customer service experience in banking, financial services, or goal-driven retail sales, including relevant military experience; or a bachelor's degree.
• Experience or demonstrated ability in sales, customer service, relationship management, banking, consumer lending, business banking, business lending, communication, and presentation.
• Current full-time authorization to work in the United States is required.
